its a model not a skin.... is that ok or not ? and it was in the ut3 area ..

Well it's not offensive so I say go ahead and see if it works. If it comes with a voice pack make sure you use the default voice pack since no custom voice packs are allowed.

this is the skin I am using and I saw someone else using one of the three that comes with this on the server aswell.

it's a good model, however till joeyz gets an issue he found deep in the ut code fixed most of us are trying to stick to the out of the gamebox skins to reduce lagg

Erm, Don't you mean "Do NOT use the default voice? Use one of the UT standard ones?"
