I played it in single-player mode and it seems to work pretty well. There are also several other new gametype mods / mutators / maps already coded & available on the same website.
Now just to con some1 into making an RPG mutator...
On top of that, *IF* Joeyz decides to expand his efforts into UT3 as well, then there's all of THAT "spaghetti code" he has to fix as well - provided, of course, that the developers of those mods have not already dealt with the issues Joeyz has described here recently w/his UT2004 code changes.
