1.- Request a list of the mutators running in the server, those that can be accessed publicly at least and the link to their location to download on my computer and reduce load times.

2.- I have a somewhat un-complete mutator version that is a combination of excessive weapons, most of them are powerups here on this server, I used to play with those guns on another invasion server as stand alone weapons that appeared randomly, my favorite was the dual guns and the howitzer; any chance to post a list of weapons/powerups available since the WoP mutator is still under works?.

Joey is not offering the WoP mutator for Download after a group of people hosted the mutator as their own work. As the guns are available as a weaponpack download off the server, I can't see why they're not hosted on the site. Same with the monsters

Ok, but the WoP pack doesn't include many guns; so far what i can tell of the mutators running is:
MP5 mutator.
Excessive Weapons Mutator.
RPG Mutator (no idea which version)
Monster pack Mutator (again no idea which one.)
WoP Mutator (modded for MMI server.)

Any others?

You won't ever be able to run the same setup on your own machine or another server.

Joey encrypts the code to prevent people from doing just that.

There is no version for the WOP mutator as it's mostly been re-coded/modified beyond the normal WOP mutator. Same goes for the monster mutator. It's a combination of 2 and heavily modified.

I believe the RPG mutator is the latest 1.2 or is it 2.2? I forget exactly the version.

well this link was on the homepage of the forums and it includes alot of the stuff(not sure if its the same version as the server though
and yeah Enhanced WOP and the altered WOP that the server uses isn't public
but regular WOP is! and theres nothing stopping you from creating your own content for that
and he does encrypt the EWOP...sorry had to try

Yep they're hosted on this site but like I said since they've been heavily modified and encrypted.

Yes weapons of power is available for download, just google it. Same with satores monster pack and the skaarj monster pack.

Just don't expect it to be like MM
