I too am also all for bittorrent. picky for that one little file you need, but the benefits are outstanding if you like getting a high quality album all at once or really large games and dvd iso's

if you just want to try, or like really small programs use uTorrent its small (less than 2mb) and has a memory footprint of only about 20mb (while downloading 5 and seeding about 15 torrent)

and of course as already mentioned Azureus has all the bells and whistles you can ask for with a mem footprint of about 40mb if I remember correctly. not bad.

torrent sites: best one I've found demonoid.com but registration is limited ](*,)meaning you get an invite or hope for those few days a month they open

you should all check out Project Majestic Mix
its a fan made tribute to Nobou Uematsu (think Final Fantasy) and some absolutely great work

there was also a site where u can watch all episodes of anything on tv video etc... at will but forgot that site need to find it

ya something like it similar but the one a i saw before has and just about anything u can imagine that was ever on tv,,videos etc and just about every episode

and good quality on full screen. almost similar

Forgot all about mentioning that. I love utorrent. I've been through a few. Azureus wasn't bad in the earlier versions but now it's such a resource hog. Dropped that for bitcomet but that also had a large memory footprint. If I chose exit in bitcomet it would litterally take a few mins to close. utorrent has a lot of the stuff I liked in azureus (auto import directory is GREAT when it's on another server) and is super fast. right now it is using 10mb of memory, processor is only occasionally hitting 1%, and is seeding 10 torrents at 30kb upload limit. Now you know why I complain that I forgot to turn down my torrents while playing. I throttle it back to 10kb but it's still running.

And yeah, demonoid has had some good stuff. scrapetorrent.com can search their stuff and if I see they have a file I'll get it from there over the other places. I just checked and I can generate invite codes there as well if anyone needs em.

Another specialty tracker site is http://www.boxtorrents.com and they specialize in anime ^_^ . the register link seems broken ATM though.
