animated gifs

anyone know a little small easy 2 use program, i like to call it
"animated-gif-maker/creator" with following features?!?:

"10kb" and not dvd-size
100% freeware
installing "10kb"
done. no windows-reset needed!
start "animated-gif-maker"
open folder
click x numbers of pictures
click "do it!"
click "save as"
enter "amyisdumb"
click "yes" on requester "are you sure?"
done
close "animated-gif-maker"
open animated gif "amyisdumb"
smile because it works
time needed for all: 27 seconds

simple and easy... any suggestions? google is no really help for me .-/

I dont know of a small program but if you want I could see what I could do with some programs I have and compile them for you ?

yes, more than one line and noone is able to read...
i said freeware! its not for free here.
and "10kb"... ok i didnt say cd-size...

thanx, yes there is many free stuff, but all i found in moment in my short time, what would work for me, is "free" shareware or "free" demo/
trials :-( , and i really dont like that.
but im looking there again when i have more time, cause i didnt look yet
at all 1017-gif-things found with searchoption :-=)
