still fine tuneing things Sentinels can now have links to NEW packages

for coders this makes more sense
new sentinel upgrades can be imported if the are extending class'sentsv10.basentinelupgrade' or class'Sentsv10.basentinelweapon'

to add a new class put in the ini
Example

[sentsv10.addon]
added=class'Package.Upgrade1'
added=class'Package.Upgrade2'
added=class'Package.Upgrade3'

ect... not sure how many it can handle but i would guess 75 maximum
