Suggestion for Suicide option!

Well i for one would like joey to clear this up once and for all in here because i was told today we CAN NOT SUICIDE and to be honest its getting a little frustrating been told from an admin that we cant but the story is joey said we CAN.....

So what is it please

Another solution may be to allow people to buy a second lvl of wrenches. But at a much higher price, like doubling what it takes for the first lvl of a wrench or just adding a decent number to each one. Exampe, blue is for 25, then 40 or 50 for the next lvl, something like that. Purple is 50, then 75 to 100 for next lvl. And gold is 75, 110 to 150 for the next lvl. (note: I am saying "to" so that I don't mean it has to be double but it could be somewhere higher than the first lvl's cost).

I was warned today by AXE not to suicide because joeyz told AXE to bann anyone that does.Can joey post on this subject or are the rules being made by some1 else?In fairness AXE did tell me in a good manner and said he was just passing on his directions.

Instead of typing suicide take heal of your gun then shoot the ground until you die it works just not as fast and they wont even know you did it!

But yeah half heard yes and half heard no A quick post from joey saying yes we can or no we cant would end this arguement once and for all.

I am not trying to fight with any of the other admins or make em mad
cause basically what we are doing are jus going over their head and asking joey.But on two completely diffrent seperate occasions joey has apparently told Draehgon and I asked one other time and he told us both the exact same thing. But even in between these seperate occasions we were told by diff admins its illegal? does this make sense to any one?

I've been playing as usual without suiciding and I'm happy to report that border and Nard still humorously accuse me of hacking so it seems I'm still doing well as usual! ( but I must thank my teamates too for helping me out, namely frag)

Not much has changed besides that I'm having that nostalgic feel from when I first started playing on this server, relying a lot on luck... I'm also forced to not gold anything untill wave 8 or even 17. : (

But I've had to rely on little more help from my teamates than I'm used to. Like I mentioned, frag on two occasions (I gold'd his flak of rejuv so i could use it, and then he offered a great flare laucher to me on another map, ty sir.) However he did ressurect (some titan hit him) while being still as I tried to get his flare launcher! (maybe you were right drae...)

This could be problem though since not everyone is so willing to help me or other players out in tight situations. As many have noticed there many newer players, lower levels or even selfish players... and it's sometimes vital that some higher level players be independent in order to carry the game and gaurantee everyone 1000 points + surivival and experience. Unfortunately many players don't know how to share and are eager to try and collect every pu they see, I don't blame them personally. ( I really do actually care that we ALL get 1000 points.)

One other negative aspect is it forces me and other players to hold certain pu's like and extra gold kit, or perhaps razor, blast untill we can decide what options we have( which may not a happen till wave 17). Normally I'd figure out my plan by the first few waves and toss fireballs, extra kits, or flares but now I have to rethink it...

all right..let me try to state why this suicide issue is an issue.

for those who have been reading, there is a certain bug that happens regarding suicide in that it can allow wrenches to respawn for someone mid-wave without them actually dying. some of you have wondered why it has happened before it it occured to you, but are clueless. i know how it is done since one of the higher-ups told me when i addressed the issue to him by seeing this thing happen (this was like 2 months ago if i remember correctly). let's just say that someone already gave the clues on the forum how it is done who should have been a bit more discrete with his warnings not to do certain things

no, i don't do this during the game because it takes a bit of time to get right, so do not think it is why i do well. besides, on most wops i tend to get, i can fit +10 or nearly that much damage on, which is what helps with getting faster kills and that is all i crave for pus mostly..besides protection 5 and the infs

anyways, some of the admins are getting wary and paranoid that high scoring players and others are cheating using this still-existant bug (there was an older version of the wrench return bug that was much more common to apply and everyone did it back then). this is why they are threatening so much stuff so abruptly, and in my opinion, a little too aggressively.

anyways, i feel some of them are going to be rather hard on people until joey applies new chunks of code for admins that is going to allow them to see what guns people are using (the gun type and the + amount and the pus applied). this is one of the ways they will be catching such people, if they see often someone is using +10 wops that were not handed out among others. this is one of the anticheat measures i have been told about.

anyways, i see only one suggestion stated in this thread to cut down on suicides, which would be a reason why i would stop doing it altogether. buying more wrenches...if i could have two gold (gold wrench skill level 2) then i probably would never need to suicide. i only suicide for the gold back after using it anyways. i have had to suicide on a few map types when caught in glitches there was no way to get out of, which i think is what cj believes should be the only use of suiciding.

regardless...i think the suicide fears now being instilled in others will be changing things. for instance, i may start to horde on some wep pus and such, because i may want to use one gun type at once time, then before wave 17, use my only gold or artifact gold picked up to wop something if i find another wep pu i wish better fr the last 3 waves. all this suicide stuff is going to hinder a bit of free-giving because now it is made to feel we can face punishment for doing something people have been doing on this server often ever since it was founded.

anyways, it almost feels to me now there is starting to be a split among the community with all this and causing more problems. i haven't played for a couple days now due to my attention on other things, and honestly, i feel uncomfortable logging in to play since i see what cadmium and others are being threatened with when i am almost certain they don't deserve it, and manyo f you know how much verbal accusation and threats or such i have had in the past -..-

gold wrench with a second level will help out, so i back this suggestion up. i don't want to have to spend half a wave or more trying to kill myself with a weapon to avoid this suicide issue if i really want a gold back

heck, maybe we can form some buddy partnerships here and telefrag each other instead to get the job done quicker!

News to my ears... I suicide and I WILL KEEP ON suiciding if I don't like my weapon.

Last time I checked it was part of the game and doesn't break it in any way,shape, or form.

Hmm you keep suicideing and see how fast you get into deep dootie and have stinky foot and nowhere to play for a week!
