This is strange...can you figure it out?

part of the trick is that any multiple of 9 up to 20 (180) with exception of 0 or 11 , the digits add up to 9

The rules arnt that hard....name of the animal is last letter in the country you pick....Dijbouti would be an I(as in Iguana), not a Y(as in Yak)
