Manual downloading of components.

Is it possible now? Early it was with http://204.11.33.157/ compressed in uz2, now its forbidden.
Sometimes cannot get new large files by UT ingame, like new build of WOPmonsterpack.

maybe joey deactivates it for some reason or it was deactivaed cause of that server-down-time. dunno... but im sure this will be fixed. or maybe theres another problem with solving lag/hack-problems so it will only be possible when connecting server via ut2k4.

answer would be nice
