Quiting Smoking.

Post by popnstyle » Tue Jul 03, 2007 7:42 pm

Well as its going I quit a few days ago and now just been really jumpy and antsy the biggest part about it is that I will just start walking out side with out realizing it because I was so used to smoking before getting ready to leave, after eating, just before bed and just after waking up aswell other things... Anyone here quit smoking ?

I tried to quit, ended up acting like a major ass 24/7 so I came back.To me,making a complete ass of myself isn't worth quitting :bouncysmily:

so far so good, no patchs and such stuff for I want to know that I did it and not something else did it for me. Though I have been a bit of an asshole to the people around me if they get to me to much and my bowling adv has gone down a few pins.. But the people can get over it and I can pull my adv back up. starting to not crave it like I was first couple of days.

Thats funny I used to work at a bowling ally at the time.
And I was meaner than piss for a few months.
After that it was not too bad but will power does come into it
especially when you wake up after a smoking dream.

To quit smoking is damn hard, but trust me you can do it.

I started smoking when I was 18 and after 21 years I quit last year. I never used any crap to help me quit. Its HARD I know, I stil have cravings, but strong will overcomes. Try hard kandy or any other thing, I hear it helps, but all I did I cycled alot and played UT.
GL man.
