GL man.
lol though after those pesky wands hit you when you are reloading your wop and you loose your pups makes you want to smoke lol.... so far so good and getting better not craving as much as first few days.... but I am figuring out I dont have to be places so early (before I would go places and get there 20-30 mins early just incase I wanted 2 or 3 ciggs instead of one before what ever I was dooing, for example on bowling nights where I dont like to walk away in the middle of a game)

you more than likely know when quitting peeps try and substitue with some other behaviour, so be careful you dont turn to eating, shopping, drinking as your new addiction, i'd reccomend becoming addicted to PC Games

Drinking is not an issue, I have kicked that along with some other not so nice habits and smoking was the only one left. In place I have been drinking water, reading, and dooing situps to try and take my mind off the time. I don't want to pick up the fork in place of a lighter, for the rest of my family has issues in that area and I have been lucky enough to not have that problem and have for the last year been working on a more strict eating patern so as I get older it doesn't take ahold of me aswell.

Thanks for the advice though, very much apreciated.

I read somewhere that if you can get by the first 21 days without smoking more than likely you will be able to quit for good. Also a craving lasts for about 15 seconds so all you have to do is fill those 15 seconds with other things which situps are great or pushups just not a cig. I personally have not been able to get through the 21 days. I have found that the going through the motions is what I miss, you know what I'm talking about?

yes I compleatly understand the motions... that is the hardest part of it, for instance the after meal cigg is probally the one I miss the most if that makes sence..
