Jets got to newegg.com...better prices and its the same thing but save a lot..
I don't have a midrange computer. I'm good for the next couple of years. I just don't think that I had to go all the way and do a Laptop also but it's for my wife and I had to upgrade that since they come crappy and we will see. Never played with upgrading laptops but we will see..
I didn't get the 8800 gtx that is what I miss but I made it up in other places since I wanted to do SLI and not just one card. I've seen one card and two cards at 256 mb and they work just as well sometimes if done right. Just because games can't push them and wont be for awhile. But I did get the 8800 GTS and made the rest up with other high end gaming hardware. I will post a pic of the comp.
I ended with a
Ultra Case Ultra 600 Watt PS, 2 Evga's 8800GTS. 2 2*1 gig Mem of Cosair DDR2 800. 2 WD harddrives. 74 MB @ 10,000. a AMD x2 6000 3. ghz.
I did get a new 19 LCD but I'm going to try my tv and see how it looks on a 55 In LCD just for shi & GIGs. Might as well use the split screen for something...LOL.
OS Vista 64 Bit- I might be ummm borrowing a XP PRo if Vista drivers don't work out. PISS ME OFF that it will though.
Since I still dont have a game I will see you all for sure on UT.
