New Patch ???

Hi folks,

Just waiting for my slow laggy computer to download the latest update (up to 80.8% on WOPMonsterPack_v179) and was just wondering why no one has posted about it ???

Too busy playing it ?

Whats different ?

Am I imagining things (is there really an update) ? Or just drunk ?

V179 has been around awhile. How long has it been since you last played?

I thought some files for v179 have been updated recently though, as I had to download a bunch of files for v179 just last night (Thursday)

Nope that just means the files were deleted from your ut's cache

When I logged on I didn't have to download anything.

Wow... I wonder how that happened, because I know I didn't do it manually. Is it possible that Spybot:S&D or Lavasoft Ad-aware accidentally stripped some?

No I don't think they'd do anything like that. Do you use cachemi or ut's cache extractor to install the files in ut's cache folder?

If not then files that are 30 days old or older get deleted to make room for new ones.

Download cachemi from my site and install it. Then every week or so just double click the icon, then the cache tab, then highlight all the files and click install.

depends onyour internet connect also

when I was at the hospital wit my laptop the patch only downloaded .2% every 25 seconds thas why i couldnt play. But when I get on my laptop at home it downloads much faster
theres also sum maps i cant download for the life of me jus takes way to long and it lags out.
The pyramaids map when i play that 1 I have to turn projectors off cause when i look at the big giant black pyramaid outside in the main area mty framerate drops to like 3fps no idea why i jus turn projectors off and its fine
