Ya know, I come on to enjoy playing and hang out with people that are just enjoyable to be around.

Insted, today and the past sevaral days I have been on all I have heard is "hey sloppy dose his voice make your ears bleed?" or "SSSBN will you go **** off!?" and things to that nature, and to top of be CONSISTANTLY harased by sloppy and dip I have anna breathing down my ass about hell only knows what and for the 2 maps I played I was bitched at and thretened with banning more times than a year on ANY of my other games combined, I've just about had it with overobsesed admins, harasing players THAT ARNT EVEN WARNED LET ALONE BAN, and more than anything not getting ANY respect for anything, so if anyone desides to stop being dinks than dont have anything better to do then whine about me contact me on Xfire, till then im gone... :axe:

On a related not I think anna only told me once what she was whining about, or I only saw it once, ya know rockets and shit blowing up around you makes it had to concentrate on what people are texting about.

I'm sorry that you find yourself incapable of listening to the requests of the admins :roll: I had actually asked you nicely :D , then even warned you to please lay off the voice chat spamming ???: . As I told you in game, obviously since most of us are adults, there is going to be adult language heard and read in both chat mediums. However, when you are spamming the voice chat with "Faggot", "Queer", "Gay"....over and over and over again, it really is annoying =; . If you choose to call people those names or to discuss the philosophical issues of sexuality, then you should be doing it somewhere other than on the servers voice chat system. It's not your personal communication medium for you to use as "you" see fit. :-#

Chuckles as well had given you a warning and had said that he too was getting tired of hearing you say those things, as were a number of other people on the server. :roll:

You really need to review your chat, because I don't think I said I would ban you, if I remember correctly, I did say that I would kick you if you didn't lay off! You can claim that I was...as you say...." breathing down my ass about hell only knows what", but to say that you were unaware of what I was trying to say to you would be a lie. Unless of course you really were so busy spouting your comments that you didn't even notice mine and Chuckles several warnings :-$ ....either way....that would make you either a liar, or a spammer. Neither one is a commendable quality.

I don't care if someone is an admin or not, the only way you get respect from someone is to show them respect. The world of respect does not revolve around you, I'm sorry, but it just doesn't [-( . Your statement of "Over Obsessed Admins", simply goes to prove my point that you don't have respect for the admins unless they let you do and say whatever you wish. I was perfectly fine with letting you stay and play \:D/ , but without the continuous voice spamming with that crap you were saying, the fact that you "chose" not to pay attention to what the admins were asking of you is your own doing, not ours.

One thing you can be sure of from me is...that I will always tell you why I'm having a problem with you, the second is....unless you directly disregard server rules....my course of action would be as follows....
Warn you, Kick you, Ban you....very rarely would I ever skip straight to banning! Everyone deserves the opportunity to correct their actions, if not...then they can get kicked and think about what they had done..if that doesn't work, then I would ban them :sad

Besides the two admins commenting and warning you about your statements, at least 4 other players were asking us to deal with you. I can honestly say that I am not involved in a conspiracy to treat you badly, but if you consistently ignore everyone including admins then you can pretty much count on people getting fed up with your spamming.

I still don't have a problem with you, as long as you attempt to control the spamming of voice chat. However, if you choose to not play on the server, the that is your choice. If you decide to play again, you simply need to remember...that the only people that hear you on chat aren't just the people you want to hear you....everyone else has to hear you too.

I personally don't like to ban peoples ability to communicate in game, but you need to understand that there is a limit. If you're coming close to crossing it...or have crossed it..that's why the admins bring it to your attention.

I apologize for the wordi-ness, but I like to be sure I'm explaining myself completely.

Anyways anna I do beleave you are corect, however, I do not try to use the in game system as a personal forum, thats why I have this and close to 100 others, I just have a habit for the word "GAY!", and again no offence, but its a fairly commen term in the gaming world, tho UT seems to be the least "gay" using game ever, anyways whatever, I'm not in the mood to go fully re-make my first post.

I can see the ssbn is not going to listen to any of us.

So, If thats going to be the case, SSBN we don't want u to come back.

For one thing we keep telling U the problem but you keep
trying to put it off on other people or even admins.

Anna gave you some good advice SSBN. You should have take it,
not fight it.

We have one of the best admin teams on ut to date.,
and hey, they have been very lax with u,
I stand behind them all the way.
If one of the admin does something you don't agree with.
This is not the place to post it. I have said it Once, Twice, and now a
3rd time, Im not going to say it again.
If you don't come to me or Joey the problem is not going to go way.,
your just going to make it worse.
And if you have a problem with Me,
talk to Joey, these things can be worked out very easily,
without having to start a lot of drama on the fourm or server.

I know a lot of you may think im a Jerk or just don't like me.
But i try my best to keep the server clean, fun and not take sides.
Having said that leads me to my next point.

As for the term GAY!
To me that is a rasist term and
Im sick of it. So are many others.
I have never liked it. I just never said anything about it untill
other people started complaining about to me. Now i see that
im not the only one, and that Yes it does bother others.
So people that use that term. Be warned, we are going to
start cleaning house.
