It doesn't matter, their both useful in their own merits.Same goes for turbo and any other pu or artifact for that matter.Including the ever so useless Bio pus (Peircerator ect.) can be useful with the right amount of pu and situation (dispite the fact a peircerator pu being actually useful can be rare at times so I guess it depends on the map as well.)TheSynGame wrote:I still prefer razor over blast so you lose anna.

Supposedly it makes a Biorifle Fire a little spike dodge ball that if you wait a min or 2,raises itself to midair and blows up throwing all the spikes on it in every direction.Might not cause MUCH damage, but it's good for setting up traps for monsters with a small amount of health. So I don't care what anyone says...that is ONE situation where it can be useful, don't agree with me?well then you have no idea how to stratigise then...Big_Meat wrote:Not to go too far off topic... but what the heck does the peircerator do anyway? I've tried it a couple of times and it seems to cause no damage whatsoever.BoneofMalkav wrote: ...Including the ever so useless Bio pus (Peircerator ect.)

That may be the one situation where it will perform well... but if you're talking effective strategy in that type of situation, a much better job could be done with a weapon like the rocket launcher, flak, shock blast combo, or even the lowly summoned frag grenades (or any weapon that can cause splash damage and has a significant blast radius). The standard bio primary fire (and bio with the web upgrade) will almost certainly do better in most situations like the one you describe. That doesn't mean the piercerator is useless, but there are other options that will most likely be much more effective.BoneofMalkav wrote:Supposedly it makes a Biorifle Fire a little spike dodge ball that if you wait a min or 2,raises itself to midair and blows up throwing all the spikes on it in every direction.Might not cause MUCH damage, but it's good for setting up traps for monsters with a small amount of health. So I don't care what anyone says...that is ONE situation where it can be useful, don't agree with me?well then you have no idea how to stratigise then...Big_Meat wrote:Not to go too far off topic... but what the heck does the peircerator do anyway?
