SOME people, OFC its still an offencive term, but you are right, its used more by/to gangsters, criminals, and just rude people.

And that's why he said what he said. He even said that he's not talking about black people. For 3 years now I've been hearing that.

According to Kung, the first thing he asked was "were they black," not "were they ni**ers." That indicates to me that he really doesn't make any distinction between black people and what he refers to as "ni**ers," so I could care less about his explanations for why he uses the word. It's just a weak excuse to be crass and insulting while avoiding consequences.

Assuming by the name that Xiahou_Imposter was Chinese, I'm pretty sure he'd be offended if someone were to refer to the Chinese as chinks or slants. Racial epthets are totally disrespectful and inconsiderate in most contexts, and there is no excuse for it. And the "it's okay because other people do it" excuse doesn't fly either. If I witness any example of this behavior when I play, I'm placing an instan kick-vote, no questions asked.
