idle or not idle?

ok, im tired off all that "idlers" and noone is doing something against them
because.... ... of a sh!t excuse?!?

i want now a clear ADMINS-definition about: "what is idle?"

is idle:

1. idle is, when a player is "100%" >AFK< (noone can controll that).

but

2. NOT idle is, when a player is standing somewhere in the map,
NOT moving, havin more and more negative score because of
beeing killed all the time, and when you ask, if the player is here
then there are 2 ways: 1. no respond. and 2. "yes i´m here".
when theres no respond, and you tell others to kick him, then theres
suddenly respond from the "idle" player AND other active players
about not to kick him with the reason "i am too low level i cant do
anything" or "let him he is too low level he cant do anything!"
and if theres respond and you ask, why he not doing anything you
allways get the same answers like those 2 above.

or what?

what a bullsh!t! even in ssr- and deemermaps, or in maps with
hidingspots i got these answers and it suddenly turns into a
hatefull anti-amy-campaign. my opinion: if they dont do anything, not
even try to get in a save spot or not even try to get a ssr or deemer and
make some kills, they should be kicked cause they help noone when just
standing there, beeing killed all the time, and giving bullsh!t comments
when i or anyone else cares about "idlers"!

I agree with you totally Amy........Trouble is not everyone participates in the damn kick vote so unless there's an admin on, we're SOL. The answer to help solve this problem is to have more people with admin responsibilities. Maybe elect some players that are on often and are responsible.

Or lower the threshold for kick - make it 31% instead of 51%. It's adjustable like the vote as I remember.

i to have a real issue with idlers. all too offten i try to play and the server is full, and about 90%of the time i start looking for someone that might be idling. i find atleast 1 if not 2. (this mostly happens on the weekend) i am totaly in favor of lowering the kick vote to a much lower %. i will also add that being low lvl is realy not much a reason to idle, i found that i can start killing fairly well by lvl 50-60 and by 100 you can get the high score with a realy good gun : ) and getting to lvl 50+ is realy not all that hard.

theres a reason why the % is that high. you will allways find some players
who dont like other players. if one of a "hater" has a "fanclub" and only
3-4 players are needed for a kickvote just because a player "isnt welcome"
for w/e reason then it will be abused to often and we have next discusssion
here about increasing the % again....!
