Negative. Big maps you have to translocate everywhere, and require super speed to travel which sometimes you can't get until the later waves. And you have to constantly ask for a super speed which can get annoying

Most huge maps contain a super shock rifle which to me is very boring, oh wow a one shot kill weapon, there goes the challenge of the map

yep big maps because its hard to travel without it takin forever to get to the destination and the extra small maps are anoying too because its hard to get pus without someone getting it before u do and u always have someone in the game say "[player's name] just stole my pu!!!!! ban him/her!!"

Which is why I think medium maps are just right.

People like both small and large maps. Both types of maps (large or small) can be good or bad. Just tell me which maps aren't good or worth playing and I will pull it. Too easy! But if people vote for a large map and you are a large map hater or if people vote for small map and you are a small map hater just chill out and wait til next map. I can't please everyone all the time and you have to be flexible. Toupee :)

Well, we could tell you which maps are not worth playing, but then people would whine about it. So it's a lose/lose situation

I like large maps, I just hate huge box maps such as matrix alley which have had no real thought put in to them.

People do vote for good maps if you get the vote in first such as by sorting maps by their "Played" or "Seq" rotation and selecting one from there, it will usually get voted in that way.

I think what's happening is most players don't do that and simply select the nearest map which is either one that's already been voted in to the top list or one that's in the top or bottom of the voting window, and because most of these rat and or box maps are clan maps they contain clan tags like (){}[] etc which bump the map names to the top or bottom of the alphabetised list, causing them to be picked over and over.

So perhaps a way around it is to blag the map vote system to randomly shift the order of the maps in the default window, so a more eclectic rotation of maps can be used.

Either that or use a completely different voting system with more map options, like this one.

I have no problem with either large or small maps. But people need to rethink what they vote.

14-16 people = Medium, to large maps

less that 9 = Small map
