It has nothing to do with installing drivers...
Its a file that can break down a read/ type file..... what i would do is uninstall that iso program reboot install the drivers for your mp3 player then reinstall the iso program, only if needed. If you dont use it ..shitcan it . for most people it is uneeded. But for most advanced people it is.
There is another way to do it but i think it would be easier for you to do it this way.
