Is it wrong to juggle artifacts with yourself?

Ok here's the situation. You have lightning rod and activate it at the start of the wave. When you run out of adrenaline it's gone.

So you notice you're low on adrenaline and toss the lightning rod before it disappears. You then pick it up again (juggling it with yourself), and when you're adrenaline is full you turn it back on.

Some folks are complaining about this saying it's cheating/glitching with the artifacts. They are saying it's not fair because they won't get a chance to use it.

But if the person dies with it then it will be dropped again. Not to mention you have to pick it up in the first place to use it.

Some folks say it's a smart strategy to use, especially if you're the last one alive.

The question is, do you want to be allowed to juggle the artifacts with yourself or not.

The results of the poll will determine if it will be allowed or not. IF the majority vote that it's cheating/glitching, then code will be written to prevent aritfacts from being tossed while in use. You will still lose it if you die, and you can still toss them if you're not using them.

IF the majority vote says it's just smart strategy, nothing will change.

Voting yes means you think it's "wrong".

Voting no means you think it's "smart strategy".

I gotta agree, its a good idea to toss the artifact and have to regain your adren to use the artifact again. I really doubt this is glitching.

the only people that are complaining about this are the same people that constantly accuse others of stealing "their" powerups. wankers.

I dont think its wrong as long as you share with me Zombie...I think if you set the bind up and toss it in time then its clean because on the Td & enhanched I sometimes run out and forget..Its cheating by not giving me the damn artifact back, when I run out of Adr)

I think this is an AWESOME idea! I don't know why I didn't think of it first! Oh wait... I know... 105 Adrenaline, no Adrenaline Surge, I'm only level 100.... need I say more? I think not. Suffice it to say that, until I attain my previous grandeur of levels, I will be happy to toss this and most other artifacts to the higher-level players who can use them effectively to win us the map.

Question, though I probably already know the answer - when using this (or other artifacts) does the player gain adrenaline from the monsters hit by it? I don't think you're able to right now - is there any plan to turn this on in the future? Just curious...
I will consistently sacrifice political correctness for an attempt at humor. If ya can't deal, then ya need ta stop being ign'ant.

I know on Lighting Rod you do. Not sure about the other artifacts. I know the dd, td, and itd just go by when you hit them anyways.

Yup, and all from clans where ostentatious pedantry is like some twisted religion they all HAVE follow in the belief that it casts eternal protection over ones genitalia from the malign staplegun of Lucifer, and ones back passages from the unholy hard pumping rod of Smith.

I bet these are the same people who sit there all day and write letters to the council, the BBC, and other public services because they have nothing better to do with themselves. Moan moan moan moan moan, whining about absolutely everything from the fuel efficiency of other peoples cars to the garbage mans haircut. Etc ad nauseum.

Cheating?

I could say that is a fatuous and oxymoronic thing to say, but fear I might come across as a pretentious anachronistic bastard. So I'm gonna go eat some cake.
