"Nard speaking, I gave this note to Mainstrain because a person I used to have high respect for banned me. I rather not mention any names but most of you might know. I'm here today on Monday, February 19th, 2007 typing this to say to everyone. Goodbye. I've had alot of fun playing with you guys. I've been playing here on the server for over a year and half now helping people, making maps, fixing maps, so we can all have fun on the server. Most of you know me very well and to be a nice person who likes to have fun and laugh. But, I try to talk certain people, who rather not talk to me because they are sick of me. I try talking to that admin that banned me and he didn't want wish to talk to me. I then went to joey, who then wouldn't help me out. Of course, I didn't want a fool out of myself so I'm just going to let it go. I had fun guys I really did. To be honest, It almost brings a tear to my eye for all the fun we had together. I'll remember all you guys playing down the line because you were all my best friends and I had high respect for all of you. You all made joeyz server a sucess. Its time for me to step down and walk away for now, i am not welcome anymore. I'm sure the admin reading this brings a smile to his face, to see me gone. I hope you guys who loved me, and respected me, have disappointment. Because typing this now, its dissapointing. Well It was fun ladies and gents, but i guess now i will go play with some more mature people who find me welcome."

Ok I had it, I spent the evening dealing with this.
Answering emails, instant messages from both you Nard and Paint going on about silly little things that add up to nothing.
This is what I am talking about, I have to stop my coding for the community and play baby sitter for two 14 year-old teenagers that provoke each in game and forum and drag others into it.
Okay fine, you both dragged me in to baby sitter, ok, will stop what im doing and play baby sitter.
Okay students, here we go... COUNSELING 101.
First, let me just say that both of you are a great asset to the server and are loved by the community. I cannot tell you how we appreciate your hard work in making maps, running forums and helping players in this community. However, do understand that one "aw-shit" will ruin 20 "atta-boys".
Let me clear any perceptions, I shoot straight from the hip and take no sides. Both are guilty for getting on each other's nerves. I told you guys before and I mean it, THIS IS A GAME SERVER, not a yahoo chat room to start drama. Player come here to relax and play Unreal. Anyone who is here other than it is just wasting our time, bandwidth, player slots, causes disruption and forces players to choose sides to support whom they like better. Neither one of you are better than the other, I love ya both; therefore, and I take no sides. It takes two to tangle.
To Nard, I am dissapointed in you cause you talk negative about PaintBall and crack comments about him to me and others. Even though your comments were more of a joking around and not really hate meaning, it can easily throw sparks which can start fires. People can tell you have an issue with PaintBall. You also dragged some other players into the conversation that really has no part in it. You should not do this, those people in dragged into will lose their respect for you. As for PaintBall, he has really done a fantastic job keeping the forum alive and created a great place for the Monster Madness Community to communicate about the game. He even pays for the forum out of own pocket and does not have internet because of family finance issues. Instead of taking the money to buy groceries (food for the table), he paid for you guys to have this forum. This forum would not be up right now if it wasnt for him. PaintBall is also one of the brightest and intelligent 14 year-olds I have ever met and I wish I had a brother like him. There is no doubt that PaintBall will be successful in any business. He has a wonderful future ahead of him. For those who don't know PaintBall, you should. Talk to him in Skype or in Game. He is very educated and a well groomed/raised kind of guy.
To PaintBall, there is more pressure on you in this situation because your suppose to be an Admin and set the example. Admin = Reponsibility. You mentioned to me about how people don't respect you as they do me. They do respect you Paint, but sometimes you lose focus or mess around. People don't respect me cause I am an admin. People respect me because of my leadership. I am mostly fair, nuetral, un-biased, take no sides and fair; regardless of nationality, color and religion. I try hard to treat everyone equal. We are all equal. No one is better than the other. Respect is not always something you demand. If you want respect you have to earn it. Just because someone is admin it does not mean respect. Admin only = Authority. Using admin authority on a player because you don't like them is un ethical. Even though you think people cant see, they can see it. But don't take it from me, ask someone else in the game and forum that observes from outside in. Do you think players in the game respect any better after that argument you and Nard had in the game tonight??? You need to understand that one of the first things players look for when they join a game server is the environment/leadership. Players want quality and control. They came to the game to get away from everyday drama. As far as for Nard, he is another very intelligent bright and one of the most bright 14 year-olds I have ever met. I have spent time with him on skype chat and he is very educated and fun to chat with. He has also done a lot of hard work for this game community by building maps for the players. He is a great mentor with inspirations and brings enjoyment to everyone's heart. This guy is also someone I wish I had as a younger brother. You wrote something in forum about him, then he writes something about you and then you ban him? You are just as guilty of talking smack about him just as he is talking smack about you.

PaintBall, your admin privs in game have been suspended until further notice and unban nard from forum. Nard, your walking on very thin ice as well. I dont want to hear another word from a player, forum, or in game. As Arnold would say, "Stop Whinning!" If either of you post anymore stupid stuff on forum or provoke each in game chat or play, both of you will be banned. There is a system in UT called IGNORE PLAYER, I suggest you use it. Its time you learn politics. just because you dont like the kid who sits next to in school does not mean you can attack each other. You need to learn how to get along or avoid each other. Furthermore, neither one of talk to me until you get your head out of your ass. If I want your oppinion I will give it you. You guys are arguing about silly stuff that adds up to nothing. Sounds like to me that both of you either have too much time on your hands (bored) or just need to growup. Try Skate Boarding or building a go-cart. If you can't change your attitude, there are people joining server everyday that want to make maps, be admins or run website forum. I need support, not inside corruption. I was going to patch server tonight but now is delayed until tomorrow night because you wasted my time. Nothing personal, we love ya both but the crap has to cease. Someone asked me why is Paintball admin at 14 years old. The answer is that this is a server well rounded as in players of ALL ages. Since we have players of all ages its good to have admins of all ages as well. Admins of different age groups help players of different age groups. Even though young admins need more guidance and supervision, it is still worth keep the server well rounded with age groups. Both of these two individuals are great guys and make good admins. They just need to get their heads out of their butt.

RIGHT ON! It is good to keep it well-rounded, so we have a decent representation of all/most demographies playing this game. Joeyz is right - just hit "Ignore Player" instead of constantly jumping in their face. IGNORE THEM! That's what I do with Vaptor, after all. Even though I don't have a very high opinion of him as a person, you don't see me spouting that whenever I am online; heck, I don't even retort when he tries to talk trash about me or try to point the finger at me as being one of the "hackers". I simply don't respond (ANYONE who has seen this happen please speak up if I am lying). When you decide a person is not worth the effort, you have to stick with that decision, and not give them the satisfaction of letting them think they can still get under your skin.
Don't even stop consider what whomever pissed you off thinks about what/how your doing - what should matter is the opinions of those you DO care to hear the opinions of.
I will consistently sacrifice political correctness for an attempt at humor. If ya can't deal, then ya need ta stop being ign'ant.
