DISCLAIMER: If you don't want to hear a bunch of NON-GAME whining, STOP READING THIS NOW.

This is a rant on how my friends suck. Particulary two friends of mine, we'll call them "Gronk" and "Bastard", because that's their real-life nicknames.

3 weeks ago some friends of mine threw a big St. Patty's Massacre party at a state park in VA. This is something they do every year, with the location changing every year, in order to get a bunch of friends together to party who would otherwise have plans on the ACTUAL St. Patty's Day.

I was going to go to this event, but skipped out on it in order to save money for a new 500g external hard drive - which I have since purchased and am EVER so glad that I did!

My friends Gronk and Bastard went, and in my place another acquantance of ours, named "Firefox" went along with. For the next 2 weeks I heard nothing but b|tching about how much of a wet blanket pain in the @$$ she was during the road trip to/from the event, and overall.

Fast-forward to this week. Another mutual friend, "Stevio", decided to hold a bar crawl for St. Patty's Day. Gronk and Bastard planned to attend, and since I missed my chance to hang with them during the VA event, I planned to hang with them then.

Then comes the revelation that Stevio's live-in girlfriend has MAJOR problems with Firefox, which led to the stipulation that she couldn't come. Fine by me - I can't stand her anyhow. I figured this would do well for Gronk & Bastard too since they now had a viable excuse to ditch her once the parade/lunch they were going to go to with her was over, and that way they wouldn't have to deal with her being a wet blanket pain in the @$$ AGAIN (this is a recurring theme for this woman who needs to get a fkng life of her own).

Well they come back with the excuse that "Well, we ALWAYS hang out with Firefox on St. Patty's Day, so we'll just go over to her house and party instead." WTF?!?! You're CONSTANTLY p|ssing and moaning about this woman, yet when you have the chance to ditch her and spend time with your other friends, who you actually ENJOY spending time with, you ditch those friends instead? What a crock of bull.

My entire reason for going was to spend time with this whole group of friends whom I rarely get to spend time with. Now I am super-POd because of the level of hypocrisy that they're showing here - something I really can't stand. NTM the fact that now half of those people who I was looking forward to spending time with this weekend won't even be going to this bar crawl.

With the exception of Stevio they can all suck my balls, and I think in order to save myself some money from gas/bar crawling I will just sit at home and drink by myself this weekend, and at the same time do something really ENJOY - hanging out with my buds on MMadness - yeah, that means you guys! Don't worry though - I still plan on getting drunk off my arse... which hopefully will do something to improve my score, since I was only able to score > 1000 on one of the three maps I managed to play last night.

At least the missus is taking the runt out shopping/dinner with my ma-in-law Saturday afternoon, which means I can actually get online @ about 5 or 6 EST, instead of waiting until 8 or 9 when the wifey goes to bed.

Ay begorrah...

PS - for those of you who stuck through my rant and read it all the way to the end, thanks for letting me vent.

Damn man that sucks. But there are to plus sides to this.

First let me tell you that "Gronk" and "Bastard" want to play in "Firefox" hole. LMAO. Let them each poke from one side at a time or take turns. Leave yourself out of that shit. No matter what That threesome is backwards dont make it a foursome 3-1 guy. NO-NO.

There is to much drama when trying to get friends to do crap when women friends are involved. Sometime a wife is easier to plan crap around then a girl friend. ya know.. Wife just says ok and be happy. girl acquitance wants to do what she wants to do...If you are married you live with that crap all 25/7- (yes i put a hour for headaches in- the day seems that long) Dont put up with that sh!t with the guy friends..

Second- IMO going to a bar is a waste to just get drunk. COST WAY to much to when you can drink the same crap and get blasated for cheaper. But in a case of what I do drink- A triple Sex on the beach or a hurricane (YUMMY) that sh!t gets costly about $10-$12 where I live a glass. Takes about 5 of those to get me bye bye. So just for me to drink it cost $50-60 when I can do that crap at home with friends for like $20.00. and I dont have to drive home- no drinking and driven. SAFE

But...CON---there is drama in the MM server also. But your gaining xp...so its almost a wash. Hope this helps.
